The Ideal Candidate
Used to running a busy pub business, with full P&L responsibility, you’ll be an experienced industry professional, who’s passionate about the trade, holds a personal licence and knows how to build sales and custom through in-house community, charity and other related activities. Capable of recruiting, managing and developing a large team, you’re the type of character who will relish the opportunity to make the most of being a key and dependable figure within your local community.
