Property details
Located on the outskirts of Reading close to the Berkshire/Hampshire border, the Bull Inn is a family-friendly and community-led pub in the village of Riseley.
Surrounded by stunning countryside, Riseley sits six miles south of Reading and it is the last residential village on the B3349 to Wokingham. As the only pub in the village of Riseley, the Bull plays host to the local community, transient custom on their travels, and plenty of summer and family trade from the Wellington Country Park and Campsite, which site just ten minute's walk and half a mile away.
Internally at the Bull, you will find an open plan L-shaped trade area for approximately.45 covers in total, together with a small but well-equipped trade kitchen with two pizza ovens and a separate washup and dry stores area.
Externally you will find a patio area with bench seating for 30 covers to the front of the property, an enclosed garden with children’s play area and bench seating for 35 covers to the rear of the building, and a private customer car park for 15 cars.
The private accommodation houses just one double bedroom, a lounge, and a bathroom.
