Our award-winning pub and hotel estate spans the South West ranging from Bristol in the east to the Isles of Scilly in the west and includes nearly 180 pubs, hotels and inns. Many of the South West’s most famous pubs are part of the St Austell Brewery estate and you will usually find one of our pubs at the heart of every community.

We are always looking for tenants with the skills, personality and ambition to run their own pub. We offer award-winning training in all aspects of the hospitality business to all of our teams and business partners.

We are willing and able to assist with funding those willing to start their own journey. You add the talent and drive and we can help with the finance.

Pubs like the Kings Arms, Lostwithiel. Featuring a restaurant in a recently converted barn in the courtyard, operating from a commercial kitchen. A site that would suit hands on publicans who enjoy interaction with locals and holiday makers a like.

The Molesworth Arms, a famous 16th century coaching inn situated at the heart of the vibrant market town and tourist destination of Wadebridge. The successful business consists of two bars, a separate dining room and 18 quality en-suite bedrooms generating a significant income.

A business that would suit experienced caterers is the Who’d Have Thought It Inn. A traditional country pub and restaurant in the village of St Dominick, with a 110-cover restaurant, good sized fully refitted professional kitchen, a large car park, and has good all-round trade throughout the whole of the year with a healthy wet trade coming from the local surrounding community.

St Austell Brewery - Who we are.

Independent, family-owned St Austell Brewery has been brewing beer in Cornwall since 1851. Fast forward 167 years and while traditional brewing techniques remain, innovation, passion and craftsmanship continue to evolve.

Most famous for its flagship beer, Tribute Cornish Pale Ale, St Austell Brewery’s range of award-winning beers – also including Proper Job IPA and Korev Lager - are available in pubs and supermarkets nationwide.

In 2016 St Austell Brewery joined forces with fellow west country brewer, Bath Ales, forming the St Austell Family Group. Bath Ales’ state-of-the-art new brewhouse, Hare Brewery, opened its doors in 2018.
