The Friendship is a wet-led community pub with a strong core customer base, catering for the ‘after work’ pints through to regularly scheduled weekend entertainment and everything in between. The pub currently has 3 darts teams and 2 pool teams which boost midweek trade. There is no food at present but there is room to develop this to generate an extra income stream.
This is a successful pub, and the ingoing licensee will further develop this by looking closely at the marketing and unlocking currently untapped income drivers such as food. They will have a keen eye for standards and will work hard to embed themselves into the pub’s community.
