Property Features:

The Teddington Hands Inn is found alongside the A46 which is the main arterial road connecting the M5 to Evesham and the North Cotswolds. The pub was originally known as the Cross Hands Inn and the name change only took place in the late 1980s after construction of the Teddington Hands Roundabout. The area gets its name from the historic, listed structure known as the Fingerpost which formerly stood at the crossroads but now stands adjacent to the entrance to the pub. 

The pub is well-laid out, traditionally decorated and carpeted throughout. It features exposed brickwork and a log burner. The L-shaped trading area has seating for up to 100 covers, with the majority laid up for dining except for a small section directly in front of the bar. The trade kitchen is adjacent to the bar area and is split into two sections. Although compact, it is sufficient to service the covers in the pub. The ground floor cellar has direct access from the car park.

There is an amply sized grassed space with apple trees which is easily accessed from the bar area and has sufficient space to seat up to 100 people. There is a tarmac car park with an additional gravelled area with space for approximately 30 vehicles. Cars are also able to park on the approach road.
