Located in the centre of the Brewery's Heartland The Fox and Hounds has a natural charm. It is positioned at the top of the village opposite a picture-postcard church. It has been owned by the Brewery since the 19thcentury, and even still has the original etched door in the front lobby.
The pub is adorned with log burners, bespoke stained glass, reclaimed oak, stone-paved floors and traditional antique-style furniture, oozing charm with nooks and crannies aplenty to settle in for the evening. The name of the pub, unchanged for over 200 years is fitting in this country village, today the heart of this inn is still its hand-pulled ale and hearty pub food.
Internally there are four distinct trade areas; a Bar, Lounge, Shoot Room and Conservatory, the latter being utilised as a dining area. Sightlines on entry and throughout the site are intelligently engineered to facilitate a friendly, inclusive atmosphere. Lighting, furniture, finishes, décor and standards of property maintenance are to a high spec to ensure the tenant has the best opportunity to provide a great offer.

This site requires an operator with at least three years experience in the pub/leisure trade. They will need to have a keen eye for retail detail and experience with cask ales. The ability to work within the company's brand is imperative as are great team building and communication skills.
