The British Arms sits just off of the centre of Irthlingborough in a residential area with plenty of housing surrounding the pub. Irthlingborough is a small town just outside of Wellingborough and close to Northampton. The town is used by commuters into Northampton and also has numerous factories and logistics companies in the area which account for a lot of the employment.
The trading area is all on the ground floor with an open plan style.
