Our Regional Events are designed for both experienced pub operators who want to know more about our agreement (no start-up costs, rent-free accommodation, uncapped earning potential) and individuals new to the industry, curious about what life is like as a pub operator.

You can book in for a dedicated 30-minute slot with both a Regional Manager and the Recruitment Team to discuss the application process and have all your questions answered.

The Windmill is a well-established, community-led pub in the heart of Wednesbury, offering a versatile two-room, two-bar operation that caters to a wide range of customers and occasions. The lounge area is a key feature of the business, regularly hosting functions and providing a flexible space to meet all customer needs and requirements.

At its core, The Windmill thrives on a strong community spirit, supported by a wide range of in-house teams including darts, pool, and football. This gives the pub a real sense of belonging and identity within the local area.

The rhythm of the week is a real strength, with a well-established quiz night, regular pool and darts competitions, occasional bingo, and a variety of other events that keep customers coming back time and time again.

Externally, the garden area is a standout feature, offering additional space for socialising during warmer months. The site also benefits from recent investment (within the last four years), meaning both internal and external areas are presented to a very good standard.
