Trust Inns - Pub Recruitment Day in Scotland

The Woodhead is an attractive, well-maintained community pub situated within a large residential area of Hamilton, surrounded by trees and close to local shops and amenities.

The property offers a spacious, single-storey layout with two bar areas, including a dedicated space ideal for private functions. The pub also benefits from a comfortable function room, a catering kitchen and cellar, providing a flexible space for an operator to develop the business and build on its potential within the local community.

The premises sit within their own grounds and benefit from parking for up to 12 vehicles. There is also an adjoining retail unit to the rear, which may offer potential for a takeaway food business, subject to the relevant arrangements and permissions.

The Woodhead presents an opportunity to explore a traditional community pub with versatile trading and function facilities in an established residential location.

Join us for our Pub Recruitment Open Day to view the premises, learn more about the opportunity, and discuss the potential of running a pub with Trust Inns.
