Bruford Arms

The Bruford Arms is a traditional old-style pub located in a popular residential area of Wolverhampton. The pub sits on a corner of terraced housing and is a community hub for the differing communities in the area. Internally the Bruford is traditionally decorated with a square shaped bar with a flagstone pool area which leads out into the beer garden. There is also a carpeted, L shaped lounge with traditional fixed seating. Both rooms have their own TV screens and are serviced from the main bar area. There is also a moderately sized, but fully equipped catering kitchen which is tiled with stainless steel fittings. Downstairs is a conventional cellar with facilities for cask beer. To the rear of the pub is a large, fully enclosed beer garden with a small, paved patio and grass area. Attached to the property is a canopy constructed with tiles which provides the pub’s smoking solution.

They intend to support the successful applicant by improving some of the internal trading areas.
