They are looking for someone who can fully immerse themselves in the local community, build strong relationships with customers, and become a familiar face at the heart of the pub.

Ideally, applicants will have strong local ties to Tamworth or the surrounding area, giving them a good understanding of the customer base and community dynamics. They will be passionate about developing community-led activities, supporting local teams and groups, and creating a welcoming environment that appeals to a broad range of customers.

With a strong wet-led offer, established function space, and loyal customer following already in place, the successful operator will be able to maximise the pub's existing strengths while identifying new opportunities to grow trade. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and hands-on operator to build upon a solid foundation and unlock the full potential of this well-loved community pub.
