The Crown is looking for an energetic, people-focused Operator who can fully embed themselves within the local community and build on the pub’s strong foundations. This is an excellent opportunity to take on an established business, with success coming from building customer relationships, driving engagement and creating compelling reasons for customers to visit throughout the week.

The ideal Operator will be confident in appealing to a wide-ranging customer base, balancing the pub’s traditional community roots with its strong connections to the local sports team and its established weekend and sports trade. They will have a passion for live sport and creating a welcoming environment where both regulars and new customers feel at home.

A hands-on Operator who enjoys building strong local connections, gets to know their customers personally and can develop a motivated team that delivers outstanding results.
