The Dunblane Hotel is a traditional Scottish Inn in the centre of Dunblane, an affluent town three miles north of Stirling with a population of 12,000. The pub is centrally located next to a row of shops and a post office, with the train station across the road, making it conveniently located for train and bus services. Here you’ll thrive during evenings and weekends and develop the daytime trade.

The pub has 2 separate bar trading areas, with ladies' and gents' toilets, storage areas, including a large basement cellar with more storage downstairs. The public bar was recently refurbished to a very high standard, but the landlords have another exciting investment planned for the pub to keep it looking refreshed and new.

There is a large beer garden to the side of the pub, and a smaller outside area to the rear of the pub, overlooking the river.
