Just five minutes from Junction 4 of the M40, the pub offers a spacious yet traditional setting, complete with two open log fires/wood burners, exposed wooden beams and split-level seating for around 80 covers.

Inside, the pub is well-presented throughout, with décor that complements its traditional character. High-quality wooden tables and chairs accommodate up to 92 guests, and the main dining area features split-level seating wich is ideal for private functions or events, offering a sense of separation from the main trading space. All areas are served by a large L-shaped bar, which includes ample back-bar space and room for bottle fridges. The trade kitchen is generously sized, well-equipped, and includes a walk-in fridge, allowing it to comfortably support the business at full capacity.

To the rear, an attractive enclosed garden provides a mix of lawn and patio areas, with picnic benches for up to 60 guests. This well-maintained outdoor space is a popular feature, particularly during the warmer months. At the front of the property, there is a purpose-built smoking area framed by potted plants, along with a large tarmac car park offering space for up to 40 vehicles.
