The Ribble Lodge presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced operator with a proven track record in running successful community pubs and building strong local followings. The ideal operator will establish the Ribble Lodge as the hub of the local community, driving wet sales through live sport, entertainment, pub games, and a structured weekly rhythm of activity. They will actively engage with residents, groups and organisations, developing sports teams, leagues and regular events to encourage repeat trade and customer loyalty. A key focus will be maximising the function room and stage area through private hire, community meetings, celebrations, and entertainment-led events, creating additional revenue streams and strengthening community links. Well organised, energetic and customer-focused, the successful operator will build a structured and sustainable business, fully utilising the excellent facilities on offer to position the Ribble Lodge as the go-to community pub in the area.
