Trading style
The Royal Oak is a community local in the centre of the village. The current operator was doing 50/50 F+B, but bad health forced them to stop.
Historically, regular Quiz nights, Sunday lunches, Bank holidays, etc, would be guaranteed sell-outs with £3K+ daily turnover.
The owner is an independent private company, who would be flexible for the right candidate; open to short or long-term lease/license, TAW, and turnover rent split via a management agreement.
The new operator should be dynamic and experienced, as this is a Free House offering additional beverage-related revenue streams. Food is important, so a Chef is needed to offer good quality food to attract customers from outside the Village.
