There is an opportunity to drive both the wet and food sales in this already popular pub by marketing and introducing events. A large beer garden would also benefit from family entertainment and BBQs.

The Three Horseshoes would be ideal for an experienced food operator, a keen amateur chef, or a first-time operator, as the pub is currently well known for its food. Ideally, a couple, one front of house and one in the kitchen. Excellent marketing skills and a flair for social media would be an advantage, along with a passion for exceptional customer service.

Please be aware that energy performance certificates are available from the landlord.

Currently taking £10,000 per week with a 50/50 food and drink split.
