At the top of Tottenham Court Road on the corner of the junction with Grafton Way sits The Northumberland Arm. This historic famous pub enjoys a 1am licence across the week and is a real locals favourite with the workers and residents of the Bloomsbury and Fitrovia neighbourhood and tourists alike.
You enter the pub from the central doors on the right-side elevation into the centre of the bar with the Oak clad bar servery immediately in front of you set on the rear left. This is a characterful compact bar that is light, open and airy set out with a mix of bar stools, tables and chairs for approx. 44seated covers and a total internal capacity of 70. Externally there are 14 seated covers within the Iron railed terrace either side of the central entrance doors.
There are three more floors to this site which are accessed from a central spiral staircase behind the main bar currently used for the office, storerooms, and staff facilities and with a trade kitchen on the top floor with a dumb waiter down to the bar servery.
