White Hart

The White Hart is a large, detached property on the main road through Havenstreet and 10-minute walk to the steam railway station. 

The pub is a traditional brick building which has a car park for approx. 12 cars to one side. and a large beer garden laid out to lawn with outside seating. There is also a field at the end of the property which is currently unused and overgrown. 

The pub has been extended to add in toilets, a larger kitchen, and the cellar outside to maximise trading space. The pub comprises of 58 covers with 26 on the patio to the rear of the pub and then more in the large garden. 

The pub is presented in immaculate condition, there is a new carpet in the trade area, the beer lines are cleaned every week and dispense equipment in good condition. 

The kitchen is spotless and has an excellent range of catering equipment needed to produce a high trading food offer. Pubs in this condition do not come up for let often! 

The private accommodation is in an excellent state of repair and decoration and spans the whole of the trading area of the pub so is of a large size. The accommodation is reached from a staircase to the rear of the pub and has its own external door so you can come and go without having to walk through the pub.
