Operationally, the ideal candidate will be able to run a tight ship, maintaining high standards, controlling costs, and delivering excellent customer service. They will have a natural ability to engage with regulars, attract new customers, and create a welcoming environment that keeps local customers happy, loyal, and returning time and time again.
