Tickety Boos is located in the heart of Dundee, a popular university city. Dundee shorefront has undergone a transformation recently with the introduction of the V&A museum, renovation of the train station, and the development of the popular Slessor Gardens. This attracts people from far and wide for music, culture, and outdoor entertainment. The building is historic and has great kerb appeal.

Tickety boos is a traditional-style pub with wooden décor and original stained-glass windows. The pub has a central horseshoe bar and the rear staircase gives access to a mezzanine level for more seating. The pub has around 60 covers but with has a pavement licence which can provide an additional 20 covers. There is a small catering kitchen which is in good working order. The bar currently runs a large menu but would benefit from a smaller snack menu to reduce wastage.
