Laarsens

The Laarsen’s is located in a pedestrian area near to Festival Place shopping centre in the heart of Basingstoke town centre. The pub is ideally situated for the local community in a busy high street shopping area where there is a weekly market and lots of retail outlets. The pub is extensive and large in size both internally and externally with three floors. The main customer area is located on the ground floor which hosts a large central bar servery and is surrounded by over 100 covers. There are at least six large TV screens ideally located so that customers can watch live sport from anywhere in the bar area and of course there are multiple boxes to watch different sports at the same time. In addition, there is a fully fitted trade kitchen capable of producing a good pub food offer. On the 2nd floor there is another bar area which can be used as an overflow or for private parties or functions. The private accommodation is spread across the 2nd and 3rd floor which comprises of six bedrooms, two kitchens and an office. Externally, there is a large, patio beer garden with a partially covered area with picnic bench seating. A convenient, medium sized car park is also on site for customers to use. The bedrooms are spread-out over 2 floors and have been generally used for storage and staffing accommodation in the past. Four of the rooms are doubles with the other 2 being singles.
