The Fox is located on the edge of Bar Hill next to a Tesco megastore and ½ mile from Junction 25 of the A14 / M11 and 7.2 miles outside of Cambridge.
This is a single bar operation with plenty of covers and a mix of soft and hard seating areas. It has a pool table and a darts board to the rear and multiple TV screens throughout.
Externally, it has a small garden to the side and seating to the front of the building. There is also a smoking shelter and a large car park.

You will show SKY and TNT Sports throughout the week, have pub teams for pool and darts, run quizzes, monthly entertainment, discos, karaoke, hold birthday parties along with charity events, and, in effect, have something for all ages and tastes. You’ll have boundless energy, insatiably giving your locals new reasons to visit.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
- Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
- Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

You’ll receive an uncapped share of top‑line turnover, giving you the flexibility to pay yourself and your team in a way that works for your business. Your own Ltd Company will provide the day‑to‑day management of the pub, retain full ownership of the team and operational decisions, whilst managing associated costs such as wages and minor repairs. Alongside this, you’ll benefit from extensive operational support, including marketing and recruitment within a framework designed to help your business thrive.
The private accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
