You’ll have the personality and vision to ensure that the Fox is a true community pub at the centre of all that goes on in Cambridge. You will show SKY and TNT Sports throughout the week, have pub teams for pool and darts, run quizzes, monthly entertainment, discos, karaoke, hold birthday parties along with charity events, and, in effect, have something for all ages and tastes. You’ll have boundless energy, insatiably giving your locals new reasons to visit.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
• Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
• Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Personal Licence Holder

The Management Partnership offers a unique opportunity to run your own pub business, with affordable in-goings and the freedom to lead your own team, manage your business within a framework, and support from the landlords in a proven partnership model.

You’ll receive an uncapped share of top‑line turnover, giving you the flexibility to pay yourself and your team in a way that works for your business. Your own Ltd Company will provide the day‑to‑day management of the pub, retain full ownership of the team and operational decisions, whilst managing associated costs such as wages and minor repairs. Alongside this, you’ll benefit from extensive operational support, including marketing and recruitment within a framework designed to help your business thrive.

The private accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
