The Fox Inn is a characterful and traditional pub, perfectly positioned at the end of The Parade, Oadby’s lively and well-frequented high street. There are two main access points to the pub. The first is located along the main road, leading directly into the main lounge area. The second entrance is situated at the side of the property and opens into the games area, which currently features a pool table and darts board. A centrally positioned bar serves both the front and rear trading areas, allowing for efficient single-person operation. This layout also offers the flexibility to use each area independently if desired. At the rear of the sports lounge, a small corridor leads to the ladies’ and gents’ restrooms, as well as to a partially covered courtyard garden. Adjacent to this area is a compact trade kitchen with its own external access. Access to the downstairs cellar is available via a short corridor next to the entrance to the private accommodation.

The private accommodation is large and spacious and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet.
