The Old Olive Bush is a picturesque village Pub on the edge of the Warwickshire border with Northamptonshire. It is free of tie and has an excellent cellar and a good reputation for its real Ales.

The Pub has been closed for a few months in order to have the premises redecorated and new flooring and carpeting fitted to several areas. The windows and doors have all been replaced. The wooden floor in the public bar was recently replaced. Further improvements are planned to meet a prospective tenant's requirements.

The pub has a public bar with approximately 16 covers and double doors onto a patio area. This bar has a stripped wooden floor, a wood-burner and an electric style wood-burner. There is also a skittles table, and there are both ladies' and gentlemen's teams that played for The Old Olive Bush. This bar gives access to the Gents and Ladies toilets. A separate lounge bar has approximately 12 covers, an L-shaped bar and access to the cellar. It has a striped wooden floor, an open fire and access to the Snug/Dining room.
