This is a lovely 16th-century coaching house situated in the picturesque village of Abbotsbury, home of the famous swannery and located on the world-famous Jurassic Coast. The Ilchester is a large pub which benefits from two lounge bar areas, which are used for both drinking and dining, offering around 45-50 covers. There is a conservatory which can be used as an overflow for dining or as a small private function room for a further 24 covers. A large catering kitchen allows for a strong food offering, which could be developed by the new publican.
