Property details
The Lamb is already well-established as a destination for quality food, attracting a broad customer base—from loyal locals and day-trippers to walkers, cyclists, and tourists exploring the Cotswolds.
If you’re a food-led operator looking for your next exciting opportunity, The Lamb Inn in Eastcombe could be just what you’re searching for. Perfectly positioned in the heart of the Cotswolds, with the popular market towns of Stroud and Cirencester close by, this is a site with a strong food reputation, stunning views, and serious trading potential.
Inside, the layout offers great flexibility for food-led trade: Guests can enter from the village side into a welcoming bar area with traditional pub charm: bar stools, loose furniture, and darts maintain their position as a true village hub. Alternatively, customers can arrive via the large 30-space car park, entering directly into the dining area, making it accessible and appealing to destination diners. The dining and lounge area seats around 50 covers, laid out to take full advantage of one of the most spectacular views in the area—overlooking the beautiful garden and across the Stroud Valley. This space is already known locally for offering a full and varied main menu that draws in trade from across the region. At the heart of the operation sits a well-equipped commercial kitchen, positioned just off the main dining space, allowing for smooth service flow during busy trading periods.
Outside, the garden offers an additional 60+ covers with views that are hard to match anywhere in the Cotswolds. It’s a genuine selling point—perfect for summer dining, outdoor events, and casual drinks.
The private accommodation includes three bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge.

- A Hands-On, Front-Led Manager: We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, the face of the pub, always visible, engaging with guests, supporting your team, and setting the tone for service and standards.
- Team Builder & Coach: You’ll have a natural flair for recruitment, training, and developing your teamcoaching them to deliver great service, upsell effectively, and take pride in what they do.
