The pub is located on a busy main road but set back on a filter lane which provides access to local shops. The pub is a local community neighbourhood pub. The pub is very much a place for all the local residents and passing trade to frequent both on impulse and as a regular event. The pub is the heart of the local community with a lot of locals.
The Willows has two good sized trading areas. The public bar area is very sports orientated with a pool table and a dart board and has easy access to the well-kept outside area. pool & darts is now in what was the function room- sports area. toilets Set in the bar and set in the sport.
Traditional community pub, good sized beer garden, all astroturf, festoon lighting. Sports bit at the back, can work as seperate function area. There is a room converted as a buffet room for private functions. Massive on community, massive on sport and sports teams, bingo quizes. Live sport big on football, rugby, does well for cricket. HAs its own football team, sponsors male & female teams.
The second room is a large lounge area that can double up as a private function room and benefits from its own bar and toilets. The bar can accommodate 30 seated covers with room for vertical drinking and the lounge can seat 70 covers, again with vertical drinking space, totalling 150 covers. The small yet ample kitchen is capable of delivering a traditional bar food offer.
Off the bar area there is a small covered patio that has seating for 30 covers and is also used as a smoking shelter. Ample parking is available onsite, accommodating approximately 15 to 20 vehicles.
Well-kept and in good decorative order, the accommodation is a good size with three large bedrooms that could easily accommodate a family or a couple.

Keep those relationships alive with the local teams. Morton & Bloom. The pub has always paid for Christmas lights. Sports, rhythm of the week, badge of the willows is cricket. Daytime trade doesn't exist 4:30pm onwards- the right person to grow that yet.
