The BDM is looking for passionate operators who thrive in the heart of a community pub and is ideally seeking a dynamic individual or couple ready to immerse themselves in community life. The new operator should implement a great rhythm of the week that ideally with darts and pool teams featuring and importantly maximises the full paid-to-view sports package. Your skills must include commercial acumen and the ability to market and drive sales. The landlords want someone dedicated and skilled to champion the community first ethos while delivering outstanding hospitality and first-class operational standards.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. The landlords take care of all the running costs, including rates, utilities, stock, and day-to-day running costs, whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff, and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

All new operators have comprehensive free training as part of their agreement.
