The pub currently entertains at the weekends with DJs featuring in the line up although there is scope to look at varying this offer to include live artists. There is a weekly quiz and bingo which is enjoyed by its varied clientele. The pub is already home to a pool team, dominoes team, and darts team, the new operator should continue this and add additional teams.
The BDM is on the lookout for an operator with similar experience in running a community estate pub. He is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual or couple who are passionate about becoming integral members of our community and driving the success of the Ladybrook. To thrive in this position, you should have previous experience in running a similar style venue, demonstrating your ability to successfully manage operations and create a welcoming environment for guests. Your creativity, adaptability, and proactive approach will be essential in ensuring the ongoing success of our pub.
