The Boycott is a traditional village/country community pub as well as destination dining. The current food offer consists of traditional home-cooked hearty food in the week and a carvery on a Sunday. The kitchen is large and will be able to accommodate any style of food offer.
The landlords are looking for a quality food operator, ideally with experience in running a similar style operation. Having local knowledge would be most advantageous. Being a destination food site the landlords are looking for someone with great marketing skills to push the food side of the business but also embed themselves into the local community to drive the wet side of the business by hosting events, maybe weekly/monthly entertainment utilising the huge outdoor space, especially in the warmer months.
The landlords will be completing a spend here to improve the external look of the property and develop the outside area.
