The Pub is well supported with a loyal customer base. The existing licensees have been in situ for over a decade and have created a great foundation. The pub whilst being wet-led has scope to grow its product range and retail offering. It is home to both a pool and darts teams at present. Whilst Sky Sports is not currently on offer here it would be a welcomed addition. There is scope to grow a more structured rhythm of the week with a quiz night, board games, and a more regular entertainment plan.
The landlords are looking for someone who understands the local demographics and has some experience in running a pub, preferably a similar style pub would be beneficial but not essential. Having the skillset and ambition to plan and deliver a varied marketing plan is a must. Great standards are essential.
