Blakesley Arms is a landmark pub in Manor Park, East London, situated on the main road through Manor Park, and over the road from Manor Park Tube (Elizabeth Line) with great transport links to central London plus the London Stadium, the home of West Ham United.
This pub boasts 2 bars. The front bar is widely used by the regular clientele and creates a space dedicated to those who just want to sit and enjoy a drink or two!
The large room to the back of the pub is a fantastic space that can accommodate a Pool Table, Darts board and is also a superb set up for live music, DJ’s and dancing!
There is a small garden to the rear of the pub that is a popular suntrap in the warmer months.
The onsite private accommodation will be fully refurbished as part of the Investment, The Pub Company typically spend circa £20,000 doing the Operators accommodation up, they provide a cooker but other "white goods" the Operator will need to purchase along with furnishing to the lounge and bedrooms.
