This recently refurbished iconic high street venue, located in the heart of Sittingbourne, is now available for the first time on a new 5-year Tenancy Agreement.

As you enter the double doors at the front centre, there are ground floor multiple ground-floor seating options to either side with bi-fold doors opening to the high street. There are steps and a ‘mobility access platform lift’ up to the main bar level with a 12-meter-long bar running down the left-hand side of the venue. A further raised area is to the right with booth seating, across the different mixed seating options, there is space for circa 130 seated covers, multiple TVs and a Projector, along with 4booths with TVs, a darts area and a Pool table. The open plan layout creates an environment that is perfect for both a high-energy night-time entertainment vibe, yet also a lower key daytime environment great for getting a drink and bite to eat with friends, socialising throughout the day or viewing sports.

Located at the very centre of the Town and the Sittingbourne bar scene, the Vineyard has a reputation as the place to be for major sports viewing events and late-night entertainment with regular Karaoke and weekend DJs. The premises also benefit from a late licence till 1am on Thursday, and 2am on Friday and Saturday nights.

At the rear is a gem of a courtyard garden with 2x outdoor TVs, 2 garage conversions and 8 large picnic-style tables in total for approx. 80 covers.

 A fully fitted trade kitchen not only serves the on-site bar dining trade but also successfully hosts a “Dark Kitchen” operation. The agreement allows the successful operator the same flexibility should they wish.
