Key Responsibilities:
- Full operational management of the pub, restaurant, and guest accommodation.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards of food, drink, cleanliness, and customer care.
- Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Drive revenue through events, promotions, and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and employment regulations.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align with strategic goals.
Ideal Partner Profile:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior pub or hospitality management.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L and budget management experience.
- Passionate about food, drink, and countryside hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Peak District market is a plus.
