The Foresters is on a High Street Location, there is no on-road parking, there is a pay & display car park to the rear, the pub benefits from Sheffield’s vibrant night-time economy, which is boosted by the student population of 60,000 across the 2 main Universities.
The pub has a reputation for its cask and craft ales, which the pub company is keen to develop. You would have access to over 100 brewers, it is friendly and continues to build a local in the town vibe, offers an “Industry “ night for fellow hospitality workers, a Student night, and weekend DJ’s.
Have you experience in operating a city/town venue, have a passion for cask & craft ales, enjoy offering your hospitality skills, can spot opportunities, and have the skills to bring your ideas to fruition and drive sales.
This is a Self-Employed Operator Agreement, so some experience of being self-employed or managing/ employing a small team would be beneficial.
As the operator, you will need to be well organised, have high standards, and have the ability to motivate the team to deliver great service. Active business building skills and comfortable with social media, as the operator, you are responsible for cash and stock control.
