Trading style
Trade at the Stamford Arms comes from the local area and many customers travel from further afield for the food. The first floor is used for dining and drinking, There is a food offer Weds-Sunday. On Tuesdays only pizzas are served and the pub offers Sunday Lunches. During warmer months food is served outside. On Wednesdays there is a quiz, there are occasional live acts and karaoke is the first Saturday of each month.
Currently the barn is hired out for private functions and is very popular. Annually there is a Whit Sunday Band Contest in the town, which attracts visitors into the local area.
