NewRiver is a company that makes things happen. NewRiver own and oversee the management of a portfolio of more than 340 pubs across the UK, alongside our wider retail and leisure portfolio of 33 shopping centres and 20 retail warehouses. We are committed to developing a long-term pub estate that provides stability and security for our publicans. To that effect, we are highly active owners and managers who work closely with our stakeholders to help create value and drive the performance of our pubs.

Investment - Since April 2017 we have completed works on more than 40 pubs, investing more than £1.4 million in projects including external redecoration and improved signage but also focus has been on improving publican accommodation and gardens. We are committed to building and maintaining positive relationships with our publicans to ensure their businesses are as successful as possible.

NewRiver – Our Values

We are committed to investing in our pub estate. Within the next three years we plan to spend £8 million to develop and maximise the portfolio’s potential, ranging from essential repairs to major transformations, and we work with our publicans to plan the right investments.

We focus on creating sustainable developments, building long term relationships and working with experienced partners to identify projects to improve, extend or re-activate space to create new ways of generating footfall, enhancing the customer environment and driving profitability.
