The pub currently trades seven days a week, from 11 am until 11 pm Sunday to Thursday and from 11 am until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. It provides its customers with a wide range of events to keep them returning week after week, including Monday night bingo, Wednesday quiz night, live sports, discos, karaoke, and regular well-attended tribute nights. The kitchen at the Plough & Horses is open every day from 12 noon until 8 pm and it offers up a great range of hearty, home-cooked pub classics together with a pizza menu, bespoke children’s menu, and an ever-popular Sunday lunch.
The Plough & Horses is looking for new tenants to take over the site in mid-July 2024 and it needs an operator that will immerse themselves into the village and the community way of life in Cove. Together with a full 5-year agreement, the Landlord may also consider offering a flexible 1-year agreement at this site,
