- The landlords are looking for a Management Partner who is adaptable and flexible. You’ll know how to integrate each guest segment and what they desire from your pub.
- You’ll be a proactive planner, continuously reviewing your success and making tweaks to get the best sales. You’ll take the opportunity to tap into various annual events and use them to entice relevant guest segments.
- You’ll also be creative, willing to take risks, and try new things to drive more footfall to your destination pub.
