The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create a friendly and inviting environment for guests, making the pub a real hub for the community as well as attracting guests from further afield
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and inspire a sizable team
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring exceptional team motivation to deliver first-class service and gain guest loyalty
- Oversee stock management and order supplies as required.
- Execute marketing strategies to increase the visit frequency of existing guests and attract new ones.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Take ownership of the operation and be the face of the pub
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Publican / Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent recruitment, training, and deployment of the team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for creating a positive pub experience and inspiring those moments
